On the northern perimeter of Liverpool, just 5 miles from Liverpool City Centre – Knowsley is a bustling suburb of the European City of Culture 2008. Our site is adjacent to the M57 motorway, directly off Junction 6 giving excellent access. For the last 15 years the whole of the M57 corridor has seen investment in the form of commercial development, and private housing. Knowsley also enjoys excellent bus and train links.

Local Tourist attractions are plentiful; as Liverpool History is one of the richest and most diverse in the country. The seaside resort of Southport is within 10 miles, and even Blackpool is a mere 40 miles away.
