Situated 15 Miles from Sheffield, just 3 miles from the historic market town of Chesterfield; Grassmoor is well positioned for both road and rail links. It is also within 5 miles from the M1 Motorway. The site is next to an existing housing development and is ideally suited for a future modern development.
