Our commitment to both experienced investors and people new to the Landbanking opportunity is to ensure help throughout the purchase process, and offer straight forward advice on any aspect of your investment.
Our objective is to make your experience as simple and straight forward as possible.
How it all works and what to do next:

First Day |
Choose the plot or plots you would like to purchase. We then require a £500 plot reserve fee, securing the investment for you. |
You will then receive (normally next day) a plot reservation pack which includes:
Receipt for your Plot Reserve fee. |
Agreement paperwork – with all necessary instructions for you to action

| Invoice for Deposit (less £500 already paid to us). |

Week 1 |
We require the remainder of the 10 % Deposit (receipted by return post) |

Week 2 |
We will send a Transfer of Title Deeds Form for you to complete. We will also require a form of ID ensuring no mistakes are made on the Title Deeds. |

Week 3 |
Our Legal Department will release title deeds upon receipt of the balance of the purchase price. These are sent directly to you. |

Week 4/5 |
You will receive
the Deeds Pack, containing a copy of your Freehold Absolute title. This will
need signing and forwarding to HM Land Registry with a £40 processing fee. |
Process Complete. You are now an investor in Land.
