When I buy a plot of Land, do I own it outright?
Yes, it belongs solely to you. You will receive the Title Deeds and Land Registry paperwork once the transaction is complete.

Can I purchase land as a present or Investment for my children or other relatives?
No problem. The Plots can be put into a child or relatives name. Please be aware that any legal decisions would have to be made by a legal guardian if the owner is less than 18 years of age.

Will I need a Solicitor?
It is not essential for you to have your own solicitor, unless of course you want to. Underfoot Investments can put you in touch with one of our firm of solicitors if you wish, who have extensive knowledge of this kind of investment, and its associated legal procedures.
Yes we do. We retain between 10% & 15% of each site that we have. This allows us to have an increasing portfolio of land. We will also benefit greatly along with you if the sites gain planning permission in the future.
What happens if I want to sell my plot/s?
You can sell your land at any time. You own the freehold to the land, so are free to do with it what you want; whether it is before or after planning permission is granted.

Can I buy more than one plot?
You can buy as many plots as you like subject to the availability at that time.
Will there be any other costs over and above the plot purchase price?
The only other cost is paid directly to the HM Land Registry fro administration charges.
